The fact of the matter is there is no secret, losing belly fat is actually a very easy thing to. Researchers have concluded that when people of all shapes and types of bodies work out, the first type of fat that goes away is belly fat. At least that's what Michael Jensen, MD said, a Mayo Clinic endocrinology specialist and obesity researcher.
"Ninety-nine percent of people who lose weight will lose it in the abdominal region before anywhere else -- and will lose proportionately more weight from the upper body," says Jensen, also a professor of medicine.
A new study in the American Journal of clinical nutrition displayed how diets rich in whole grains reduced that additional fat from the bellies of the people that undergone the tests. The subjects who host the weight from their waistlines takes a balanced diet, fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy, lean meat and fish.
That does not certainly mean that a whole-grain diet can replace exercise, you can certainly lose excessive weight by having a balanced diet, but it will not be enough, one must exercise in order to reach their goal in a reasonable timeframe.
A new kind of diet that can help reduce belly fat as well as referred to as “monounsaturated fats”. What it actually is, it's a 1600 calorie diet that includes foods like chocolate, olives, canola oils, nuts, seeds, avocados, etc. these foods are not magical, they can help you reduce belly fat, but they will not, again, replace diet and exercise.
The best way to lose belly fat is simply a combination of good habits, a balanced diet (there are many to choose from) and exercise, simple as that.
